What areas does The Wright Door Co. serve?
We serve Greater St. Louis, St. Charles County, and the Metro East area of Illinois. Call 314-484-3667, or use our Missouri (636-293-3007) or Illinois (618-698-8058) numbers.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency garage door repair?
Yes. We take emergency calls any time for broken springs, doors that will not open or close, and opener failures. After-hours and holiday calls carry an increased rate, and we explain it on the phone before we come out.
Do you work on garage doors you did not install?
Yes. We inspect, repair, and maintain all makes and models of wood and steel garage doors and openers, whether we installed them or not.
What is The Wright 2nd Opinion?
If another company quoted you a big repair or a whole new door, call us for a second opinion. We have found many cases where a homeowner was told to replace a door that only needed new springs.
Can I fix a broken garage door spring myself?
We do not recommend it. Garage door springs are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. A broken spring is one of our most common repairs and is usually much less expensive than people expect.
What garage door brands do you sell?
We sell and install American-made residential doors from doorLink, Mid-America Door, and Midland, commercial doors, and LiftMaster residential and commercial openers. Our products are backed with a Peace of Mind Warranty.
What is included in a garage door maintenance plan?
Our Worry-Free Maintenance plans include a full inspection of parts, fasteners, and operation, cleaning of moving parts, adjustments, and lubrication, so small problems are caught before they become expensive repairs.
Do you service commercial garage doors?
Yes. We install and repair commercial and industrial overhead doors and openers, replace broken springs, and offer maintenance packages for businesses.
